As I’m sure most of you know, I really love to read.
Almost as much as I love to write!
I have my nose in a book or, more usually, my Kindle whenever I can, and knowing how important it is to other writers, I post a short review of whatever I’ve read.
If you’re curious about the books I read this year, here’s my Goodreads ‘Year in Books’.
Now I’m ready to load up my Kindle for 2020, and I need to do this within the next three months, since that is the length of my super-duper deal on Kindle Unlimited.
So, fellow writers, add your Kindle Unlimited book links below,
or recommend someone else’s.

Hi Chris,
And please let me know if you have anything I haven’t read.
I enjoy your stories immensely.

Hi Joe, I’ve selected ‘One Day I Was’ to begin with. I don’t think your other books are on KU, but it doesn’t mean I’m not going to read them 🙂
I don’t believe you’ve read my latest – ‘Following the Green Rabbit’ or my debut novel ‘The Silver Locket’. I’m currently revising the latter to iron out the odd terrible typo. I’ll be re-launching when that’s done and offering at a reduced price, so look out for that! The links are on my ‘books’ page: https://lunasonline.wordpress.com/books/
All the best for 2020!

HI Chris.
Thank you
I just bought Following The Green Rabbit.
Embrace The Wild Fantasies should be enrolled in KU. Just a head’s up – extreme adult content.
Thank you for your support and encouragement. Here is to a great breakout 2020 to us both…

Thanks Joe 🙂 I do hope you enjoy the Rabbit; it’s a way away from the kind of thing you write. I had a peek at the Wild Fantasies, and it looks a bit near the bone for my taste. You have others though and the year is yet young…
As you say, here’s to 2020. Let us write on, and on to success!

Embrace the Wild and She Is The New Savior, take place in a shared universe.
While they are graphic and way over the top. There is a lot of sub-textual commentary on religion and politics and oppressed sexuality.
However, they are most definitely not everyone’s type of stories.

Hi Chris! Both my selections are in KU so I’ll just drop my Amazon author page link here for you to peruse. https://www.amazon.com/Dixie-Jackson/ Thank you for giving us the chance to share our works! Wishing you a year of satisfying reads!

Hi Dixie, your link didn’t work, but I found both of your books! I’ve downloaded both and am really looking forward to reading them 🙂

Great! I’ll download as soon as I have space – should be soon. I didn’t realise you were only allowed to borrow 10 books at a time. I enjoyed your ‘Animal Tales’ over the holidays 🙂 Did you see my review up on the side bar on the right?

Thank you! Yes, 10 is the limit… I ran into that problem. You can’t download another until you return one once you reach ten. I didn’t see your review of Animal Tales to be honest… Will have to check it out. 🙂

What a great plan, Chris! If I could ever get the zombie Kindle I’ve acquired to work, I should do something like this, too. Hope your writing is going well!

I wouldn’t be without my Kindle. Printed books are sooo expensive here, although so much nicer, of course. As for the writing, well, so far so good. I’ve reached where I hoped to be by the end of January. I know how busy you are – hope you manage to squeeze in a little writing time.

I’m hoping to figure it out before winter ends. 🙂 I know I wouldn’t be without our libraries! I love having a paper book, but as you say, that gets pricey. Still, it’d be nice to enjoy some more indie work via the Kindle. 🙂 xxxxxx

Oh yes, libraries are desperately important. I sometimes go there to write too – all those studious students help me knuckle down!
